Monitor and record where you are losing Pennies (energy)


At the beginning of the day, rate how you feel on a scale of 1-10. This is how many pennies you should put in your right pocket. Every time something takes your energy, move a penny to the left pocket. Notice how your natural reaction to life changes as your energy is spent, what is taking your  energy every day, and what you can do to save energy.

When you have more energy you are the best version of yourself. By finding what takes your “pennies” and what gives them back you can start to build to build your capacity every day!
